We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current or available. Prices, features and availability can change at any time. Nothing here is an offer or a lease; only a signed lease counts. Photos may show furnishings or finishes that are not included. Listings are not an offer to rent. All applicants are considered under the same criteria, consistent with fair housing laws.
Ownership
All content on this site, including text, photos and logos, is owned by or licensed to Executive European Resorts, LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Executive European Resorts, LLC, its members, managers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of this site or its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any rights or obligations under a signed lease.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Leases, security deposits and tenancies are governed by the signed lease and Nevada law (including NRS Chapter 118A), and nothing in these terms changes them.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
